I think not. :) My favorites though are probably this one and A Tangled Web, with perhaps The Blue Castle (depending upon what mood I'm in). Then several weeks later I was on the search for a new Montgomery, it was the nearest at hand and the rest is history!

I do find the story VERY tingly now, hence the #1 reason I got a little giddy! And I'd been home only a few weeks from my Idaho trip when I wrote this, which probably explains my vacation-y mood. :)Éowynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11740991607580029470noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7090684238369503263.post-70668098465630366252016-02-08T12:11:09.202-08:002016-02-08T12:11:09.202-08:00I haven't read Jane of Lantern Hill yet-I real...I haven't read Jane of Lantern Hill yet-I really want to!

You had be very excited for a moment-I thought you meant that you actually DID go to P.E.I. and Toronto. But re-read the passage a few times and then understood that you meant a "holiday" as in reading the book. :) Don't you love when books seem to "transport" you? Not all do, but the ones that do are very special, indeed. :)Nataliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00315660089925645214noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7090684238369503263.post-84134697765999052062016-02-04T17:37:41.575-08:002016-02-04T17:37:41.575-08:00I'm shocked that I've never read this, muc...I'm shocked that I've never read this, much less heard of it! Back in the day, I read every single LM. Montgomery book I could find. I've got to add this to my TBR list. It sounds like a truly heartwarming, precious story, with another sweet heroine like Anne and Emily and Pat and all the lovely heroines that Montgomery gave us. Thanks for the great review!Faithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18186467404412400689noreply@blogger.com
